What I collect. When you send an enquiry or book a session, I collect your name, phone number, email address and the details you share about your session: date, venue, budget and any notes, including accessibility needs if you choose to tell me.

Why. Only to reply to your enquiry, plan and deliver your session, and stay in touch about your booking. I don't add you to a mailing list, and I never sell or share your details with other businesses.

Where it's kept. Enquiries are sent through Squarespace, which hosts this website, and arrive in my inbox. Payments are processed by Stripe; I never see or store your card details. Preview galleries are shared with you by private link.

Spam protection. The enquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

Your images. We don't store images indefinitely, so please back up your files in at least two places once they're delivered. How images may appear in my portfolio is explained in the Terms.

Seeing or deleting your information. You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you at any time. Text 040 656 2740 or send a message through the enquiry form.

Website statistics. Squarespace records standard visitor statistics (pages viewed, general location, device type) so I can see how the site is used.
